Decorated in muted hues, all Shaza rooms captivate with their unique Eastern touches. Most memorably, a rain of light pattern cast on the interior walls by our signature Nur ala Nur lanterns, especially designed for our Shaza hotels and featuring calligraphy by Soraya Sanders. Selected Rooms offer an expansive view of the Holy Masjid and the King Fahad Complex. Each room is also provided with a complimentary tea and coffee set specially crafted for Shaza.

Our service

All our suites are attended by an intensively trained team of hospitality staff and meticulously prepared. Each night, a special turndown gift of either crystallised rose petals, prepared according to an old family recipe from France, or homemade bonbons inspired by the city’s legendary mint and dates is placed in the room. One of many little touches that illustrates our uncompromising attention to detail and transforms each of our suites into an unforgettable Shaza experience.
